Prove the Service.
Announce the Next One.

Two halves of the same record. The vehicle documents what it did and where it did it, then tells the next stop it's coming. Both happen on their own, from hardware already on the truck.

AI Product Recognition

It Doesn't Just Watch.
It Counts.

Quantity billed becomes quantity delivered.

On-board AI recognises product as it moves: cases, drums, totes, pallets, parcels. It identifies each unit, counts what goes out and what comes back, and flags the difference before the vehicle leaves the address. The count rides on the same record as the photo, the coordinates and the times.

Short-delivery claims stop being a negotiation. The units are numbered on the frame.

The Evidence Record

The Work Happened.
Here's the File That Proves It.

A photo, a coordinate and a clock, attached to the ticket automatically.

When a vehicle reaches a service address, S-Vision captures it: the site, the work, the conditions. Every frame carries the date, the time and the GPS coordinates where it was taken, and lands on the customer's record before the driver pulls away. No paperwork. No phone photos that never make it back to the office.

The same record holds when service started and when it stopped. Arrival, work begun, work finished, departure: timed to the minute, detected from the vehicle rather than typed in by hand.

When a customer disputes a shortage, a missed stop or a service they say never happened, you don't argue. You open the record and send it.

One Job, Start to Stop

Every stage is detected from the vehicle itself, so the ticket reflects what actually happened on site, not what someone remembered at the end of the shift.

Service Notification

The Next Stop Knows
Before You Arrive.

The vehicle crossing a geofence is the message. Nobody has to send it.

Your yard and every service address carry a geofence. The moment a vehicle leaves one (rolling out loaded, or clearing a job it has just finished), the system reads the next stop off the schedule and notifies it. No calls ahead. No chasing drivers for a status.

Two people are told in the same second: the contact at the next address, so somebody is ready instead of a driver waiting around, and your dispatcher, so the board shows where every vehicle actually is.

Leaving a geofence is the event. Nobody presses anything, and the alert can't be forgotten on a busy day, which is exactly when it matters most.
